Planning Tips for SXSW Week
- Book before your badge. Hotels and cars in Austin fill quickly for SXSW week. Reserving early gives you the widest choice of vehicles.
- Share your schedule. Send us your sessions, showcases and meetings, and we’ll plan pickups and timing around downtown closures.
- Pick a meeting point. Downtown streets are often closed to traffic. Your chauffeur will confirm a nearby pickup spot so you’re not searching the crowd.
- Think hourly for busy days. On days with several stops, keeping a car by the hour is often easier and more predictable than booking one-way rides.
